The area is known for it’s strong and steady wind, which makes it ideal for kite surfing. The wind typically blows from the south and south east and is at it’s strongest during the summer months. The long open bay provides plenty of space for kiters and the surrounding landscape is beautiful, with stunning views of Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean.
